Utah specific notes

Utah's 15-day month-to-month termination notice is shorter than most states. Salt Lake City does not have a local rent-control ordinance (Utah preempts local rent control). Note: Utah Code § 57-17 deals with mobile homes; § 57-22 deals with residential rentals. Deposit deadline runs from the later of lease termination or delivery of possession.
