Yes — every calculator on the site is free to use, no signup required. We don't have ads, affiliate links, or tracking pixels in the calculator pages. Just type in your numbers and get an answer.

The math is correct. The outputs are only as accurate as your inputs and the simplifying assumptions baked into each model. Real estate deals depend on many factors we don't model (capex timing, vacancy spikes, market shifts). Use our outputs as a starting point, not the final answer.
